Sponsor Deadlines

FULL CASH PAYMENT REQUIRED | The full cash contribution payment for sponsorship is due by 9/01/2025. Failure to pay by September 1st, may result in termination of sponsorship and/or loss of sponsorship benefits.

DEMO SPACE RESERVATION | Sponsor demo space is available on a first come, first served basis. The Sponsor Demo will be held Saturday & Sunday of the event weekend, in the White Salmon Day Lodge parking lot. Sponsors wishing to demo must provide notice of intent at time of deposit to reserve space for a tent/booth at the event.

SPONSOR LOGO(S) FILE SUBMISSION | Sponsors must provide ONE (1) FULL COLOR VECTOR LOGO and ONE (1) SINGLE COLOR VECTOR LOGO by 11/01/2025.

ANY LOGOS RECEIVED PAST THE DUE DATE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN (BOTH PRINT & ONLINE) MARKETING.

MERCHANDISE | Sponsors are to provide the amount of merchandise as set by their level of sponsorship by 01/01/2026. This amount is valued by its wholesale cost to Mt. Baker Ski Area, and will be verified to make sure sponsors are contributing the amount owed.

All MERCHANDISE WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE DISCRETION OF MT. BAKER SKI AREA, INC.

BANNERS | Sponsors wishing to have visual representation on the course must provide four (4) weather-proof banners to Mt. Baker Ski Area by 01/01/2026.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI) | For any sponsor participating in the demos on Saturday and Sunday, a Certificate of Insurance must name Mt. Baker Ski Area additionally insured for $5,000,000 Aggregate and $1,000,000 per Occurrence, is due 01/01/2026. Failure to provide a COI before the deadline will result in the inability to setup a demo tent/demo at the event.

RACER REGISTRATION | Racer entry fees are included in your sponsorship package by level, for sponsor racers registered between 11/01/2025 and 01/15/2026. One substitution per racer spot can be made prior to 01/15/2026, without incurring fees.

PRO/AM registration fees apply for any racer registration OR substitutions (excluding those due to injury) after 01/15/2026.

NO DAY-OF REGISTRATION OR RACER SWAP.
